How to join “Best Anime Cosplay Runner Award” Sponsored by MegaBox?

Step 1:

Submit your personal information and category using the Enrollment Form until 23 October 23:59.

Step 2: 

Visit “The Best Anime Cosplay Photo Station”, located in the 10km start zone – Chui Ling Road (near Tong Yin Street), between 7:00am and 9:00am. Our staff will be on hand to help take your photo.

Strike a pose and show off your amazing standout outfit at the photo station! Please make sure your bib number is clearly visible in the photo so we can identify and contact you if you win.

Tip: Our Funniest Outfit Ambassadors will be around to take photos with you and guide you to “The Best Anime Cosplay Photo Station”.

Selection criteria

1. Themes for "Best Anime Cosplay Runner Award" Sponsored by MegaBox: Open to participants dressed in anime-themed costumes.

The judging panel will assess entries based on the following criteria:

1. Costume and overall dress-up
2. Pose
3. Creativity
4. No. of vote on Facebook 

2. Theme for redeeming Funniest Outfit Gift: Open to any funny outfit – not limited to anime costumes.

"Best Anime Cosplay Runner Award" Sponsored by MegaBox: Selection Process

Part 1: Online Voting (30%)

• The organiser will instantly upload all the photos on the Streetathon Facebook page.
• All participants can “like” and “share” their photos to boost “LIKE”. 
• Voting deadline will be at 10:30am on 23rd November (according to the official Facebook time). The photos of each category with the most LIKEs will be considered.
• Only the number of LIKEs of the photos on Streetathon Facebook are counted; other reactions will not be counted. 

Part 2: Official Judge (70%)

The judging panel is formed by the Representatives from RunOurCity Foundation, Kerry Properties, Chemain and Sheena. They will select the awardees for both individual and team categories on the event day.

Result Announcement

The awardee list will be displayed on the result board in the 10km Finish Venue - Vessel 03. Participants are required to check the results at 11:15am on the event day. All awardees are required to assemble at the Awardee Assemble Centre at 11:20am, the award ceremony will commence around 11:30am.

Terms & Conditions

• 10 km runners can join the "Best Anime Cosplay Runner Award" Sponsored by MegaBox, it is not applicable to Marathon and Half Marathon runners.
• The number of “likes” on the Streetathon page’s photo will be counted only, other reactions and “likes” on other pages will not be counted.
• The outfit of the participants should not be scandalous to other parties; should not contain language or acts of violence, pornography, foul language, religious or political. Indecent behaviors are not allowed and will be disqualified from the Organiser once found and certified.
• Dining vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, services or offers, and may be subject to the relevant supplier/merchant’s terms of use.
• RunOurCity Foundation is not the supplier of the dining vouchers and is not responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. In case of disputes, customers should deal with the respective supplier/merchant directly.
• The winner must register as a Mega Club member to receive the dining e-vouchers.
• RunOurCity Foundation reserves the right to make the final decision.
