STREETATHON Symphony represents the spirit of our running community. Every runner has a unique background and story, yet running brings us together. Through the joy of running, we connect, inspire one another and create something greater than ourselves—just like different musical instruments coming together to perform a beautiful symphony.
The key visual design for the STREETATHON Sprint Series brings the concept of a symphony to life as a musical box featuring spinning zebras, just like a carousel.
The tent of the carousel is designed in RunOurCity’s signature corporate colour — vibrant orange, symbolising that all three events are organised by RunOurCity. Each zebra features its own distinctive colour, representing a different theme:
Eye-catching fluorescent pink represents the Community Run, conveying the joy and sense of belonging created when neighbours and local communities come together to run. Its vibrant colour reflects the energy and happiness of running together.
Harmonious aqua green represents the Inclusion Run, symbolising people of all abilities coming together in harmony and connecting through running.
The vibrant orange represents HONG KONG STREETATHON 2027, symbolising runners from near and far coming together to take part in this city-wide event and fill the bustling city with energy and vitality!
When the musical box is activated, the spinning zebras rotate to the music, bringing different themes to life. The runners on the musical staves represent people from all walks of life. For example, in the top right corner, two runners are connected by a guide rope, representing a visually impaired runner and their guide runner. A playful child can also be seen running on the tents, while the other runners reflect diversity in ethnicity, gender and age.
